Ultrahuman’s app now supports Les Mills workouts. Les Mills is a global brand known for its training programs, and these can now be recommended by the Ultrahuman app based on your current state.

You start by setting a goal and telling the app how often and how long you want to train. Then, you’ll get recommendations from the Les Mills workout catalog, including for high intensity interval training, strength sessions, yoga, and recovery classes.

The suggestions are tied to the Ultrahuman ring’s recovery data, so if you’re well rested you’ll get more intense workouts, and if you aren’t rested at all you will be steered towards lower-intensity or recovery sessions.

The Ultrahuman ring (the Ring Pro being the latest one) then tracks each of these workouts, logging your heart rate and the duration of the workout. The predictions are then updated with the new data, and so on.

The Les Mills workout feature is a paid add-on to your Ultrahuman app, costing $11.99 per month or $99.99 per year. If you don’t have an Ultrahuman Ring yet, you can get the newest Ring Pro with 10% off by using our special link here.
