vivo launched the X300 and the X300 Pro, the first members of the X300 family, back in October, and their successors will probably arrive around the same time this year, if not a little bit earlier.
Today listings in the GSM Association’s IMEI database have confirmed that the X500 series will have at least three members: the X500, the X500 Pro, and the X500e.

Yes, it’s going to be the X500 family, as vivo will be skipping the X400 devices due to tetraphobia. Obviously, the X500 will be the successor to the X300 and the X500 Pro to the X300 Pro, but the X500e is more intriguing. There is no X300e, so we’re not sure what to expect.
A past rumor claimed the X500 would have a 6.4-inch screen and the X500 Pro a 6.9-inch display. A 50MP LOFIC main camera is apparently in testing, as is a 200MP periscope telephoto shooter. Both of these devices should get 7,000+ mAh batteries too.
