Back in April we first heard that vivo’s upcoming X500 family would also include the X500 Pro Max, with the brand seemingly following in Xiaomi’s footsteps, which of course was itself inspired by Apple’s long-running smartphone naming scheme.
Today Digital Chat Station on Weibo has shared some details about the vivo X500 Pro Max’s screen. According to him, it will be a 6.85-inch flat LIPO OLED panel with “2.5D” glass on top, “2K” resolution, and a 144Hz refresh rate.

The panel will also support high-frequency PWM dimming across the entire brightness range. The screen is made by China’s BOE. According to the aforementioned rumor from April, the X500 Pro Max will have a 50MP main camera using a LOFIC sensor, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, alongside a multispectral sensor.
