T-Mobile now allows up to four promotional devices on a single account

After numerous complaints from sales representatives within T-Mobile, the company is changing its terms and conditions, making contracts a bit more lucrative for new customers.

Up until last month, new customers were able to get up to two discounted smartphones on a single account. This pushed away many new customers who have a family of four, for example, and can’t get four devices at a discount.

T-Mobile responded quickly and is now allowing up to four devices per account, and that extends even to long-time users who received free lines under the “Line On Us” promo. They will also be able to get a promotional device on those free lines.

However, customers who got a free line through a BOGO offer are not eligible for device promos at all.

So if you are thinking of switching carriers and your family has more than two members, now might be a good time to consider T-Mobile.
