Yesterday, Samsung announced the rollout of the One UI 9 beta program, and today it’s added some more details. Meanwhile, the first One UI 9 beta build is now available for the Galaxy S26, S26+, and S26 Ultra in Germany and the UK.

It comes in the form of version S94xBXXU2ZZEF, where the “x” is different depending on the exact phone you have. It’s a 3.6GB download, so if you want to enter the beta program and grab this, make sure you do so on a fast enough network.

The build brings with it the May 2026 security patch level, a more customizable Quick Panel, new features in Samsung Notes, support for custom profile cards in Samsung Contacts, and automatic flagging of high-risk apps.

To take part in the beta testing process, head on over to the Samsung Members app and tap on the banner. Note that this build is currently only rolling out in Germany and the UK, but should also be available in the US and Korea very soon. Then, starting on May 26, it will also make its way to India and Poland.
