Oppo unveiled the Find X9 Ultra in China last week, and in our review, we found it to be a great cameraphone with a capable camera system that captures great stills, whether it’s day or night. While we obviously clicked all the pictures with the Find X9 Ultra on Earth, if anyone was curious how Oppo’s flagship takes photos of the Earth from outside its atmosphere, Oppo’s got you covered.

Oppo teamed up with the folks at the YouTube channel SentIntoSpace to send the Find X9 Ultra to the edge of Space and capture the Earth with the phone’s cameras. You can watch the video below to see the results.

The Oppo Find X9 Ultra sports a 50MP camera on the front and a quad-camera setup on the rear, comprising a 200MP primary, a 200MP periscope telephoto (3x optical), a 50MP periscope telephoto (10x optical), and a 50MP ultrawide unit.

The Find X9 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, features a 6.82″ 144Hz 1,440p LTPO AMOLED display, and packs a 7,050 mAh Si/C battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless charging support.

You can read our detailed Oppo Find X9 Ultra review to learn more about it. We also have a video review linked below.
