For the last few years, Amazon Prime Day has been a July event – this year the retail giant has decided to bring it back to June, which was the traditional time frame before the switch to July.

So, mark your calendars – Prime Day this year will be from June 23 to 26. Yes, it will be a four-day event, which is an idea that Amazon first tried out last year.

You might not need to wait that long, however. You can visit the Prime Day page and check out some early deals.

Here’s a preview of what’s coming – gaming and tech products from Sony and Logitech G will be up to half off. Laptops from HP and Asus will be up to 40% off, TVs from select brands will also be up to 40% off.

Traditionally, Amazon devices like the Kindle e-readers, Echo smart speakers and displays, the Fire TV series, eero Wi-Fi routers, Ring and Blink security cameras will also be on sale, plus a variety of Amazon Basics offerings. We will be picking out the best deals once Prime Day kicks off.

If you have kids, you may want to check out the Back to School page for school essentials. If your kids are older, then the Off to College page might be of interest. Additionally, Amazon has a special subscription called Prime for Young Adults, which costs $7.49 a month or $69 a year (half of what it costs for older folks). You can find that here. 18-24 year olds can get a 6-month trial for free, so even if you activate it now, it will be active way past Prime Day.

Interestingly, groceries are a major part of Prime shopping thanks to same-day delivery. If you haven’t tried it yet, this Prime Day, there will be $1 red cherries, $1 hot dogs and buns and 4-for-$1 corn. This is what Amazon has to do to compete with Walmart, which is the biggest grocery store in the US.

Prime Day isn’t just a US thing, of course. This year, Prime Day will take place in the following regions: United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Belgium, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia and Singapore. Additionally, Brazil and Japan will have their own shopping events. We’ve linked the local press releases where available.

If you’re curious why Amazon moved Prime Day from July to June, here’s what Jamil Ghani, Amazon Prime international vice president, told Reuters: “This year, we have the (FIFA) World Cup. We’ve got also the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence, and so we thought this week was the best week for us to hold Prime Day.”

There are other major premieres coming – Spider-Man: Brand New Day premieres on July 31, but Prime Members can get tickets for early screenings on July 29 in select theaters. Check out the Brand New Day page for more.
