OnePlus 16 again tipped to come with a 185Hz display, feature a 200MP 3x telephoto and a 50MP primary camera

The OnePlus 15, which launched last year, came with a 165Hz display, but last month, a Chinese tipster claimed that the OnePlus 16 would feature an even higher refresh rate display. The tipster claimed that the panel would have a minimum refresh rate of 185Hz, with OnePlus aiming for a maximum of 240Hz. Now, another Chinese tipster has claimed that the OnePlus 16’s screen will have a 165Hz refresh rate.

Additionally, the tipster says that the OnePlus 16 would feature an AI button and a 200MP telephoto camera with 3x zoom.

Previous rumors claimed the OnePlus 16’s primary camera would also use a 200MP sensor; however, a new rumor claims the smartphone will feature a 50MP primary camera instead, without divulging anything about the lens or sensor it will use.

Other rumored specs of the OnePlus 16 include the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro SoC and a 9,000 mAh battery.
